Unattended Air Compressor Control System
The air compressor centralized control and monitoring system includes the intelligent control system and the computer network control management software.
During the communication between an industrial computer and the PLC, the PLC is the slave computer and the industrial computer is the principal computer. The operation status of the air compressor can be monitored on the Internet, including the real-time data such as pressure, temperature, operating time, motor voltage, motor current, output power. It also enables the recording and storage of historical data as well as data inquiry and printing.
When the on-site equipment has any action or malfunction, a prompt message will pop up and record it. The worker on duty can also control the air compressor remotely if it permits.
The remote monitoring facilitates scheduling and improves management automation, which is entailed by the development of mine informatization.
