Features:
When there are a large number of rectifiers, converter devices and other harmonic sources in the low-voltage power grid, high-order harmonics will seriously endanger the main transformer and the safe operation of electrical equipment. After the reactor and capacitor are connected in series, they can effectively suppress harmonics and improve power quality;
The filter reactor is divided into three-phase and single-phase two types, both of which are iron core dry type. The iron core is made of imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet with high quality and low consumption. The core column is divided into multiple uniform sections by multiple air gaps. The air gap is epoxy Laminated glass cloth sheets are used as gaps to ensure that the reactance air gap does not change during operation;
The reactor is wound with H-grade enameled wire, and the arrangement is tight and even;
The reactor has a very high withstand voltage level, the reactor can operate safely and without noise at high temperature;
This series reactor has higher quality factor and lower temperature rise, and has better filtering effect;
The external dimensions of this series of reactors refer to the cabinet size design, small size and convenient wiring;
Temperature control includes normally open and normally closed two ways, customized according to customer needs.
