After-Sales Service Commitment Letter

Our company makes the following quality commitments for the products we manufacture:

1. All products are original qualified products from our company: We guarantee that the goods supplied are brand new, unused, of new models, produced with first-class craftsmanship, and fully comply with the quality, specifications, and performance requirements stipulated in the contract. We guarantee that the goods supplied will have satisfactory performance during their service life under correct installation, normal use, and maintenance conditions.

2. The content of the 'Three Guarantees' for products: warranty, return, and exchange, with timely, convenient, and satisfactory service.

3. Handling of quality issues: If after-sales service is required during the warranty period, we will respond within 30 minutes of receiving the buyer's repair notification and resolve the issue within 6 hours. For complex issues, we will arrange for professionals to be on-site within 12 hours to provide after-sales service, with travel expenses borne by the seller. If the fault is due to manufacturing quality issues, the seller will repair or replace parts free of charge. We ensure that if the user is not satisfied with the quality, the service will not stop.

4. Handling of quality complaints: We will record all details of customer complaints based on the customer complaint registration form, including the complainant, complaint time, complaint target, and complaint requirements. After understanding the content of the customer complaint, we will determine the relevant accepting unit and responsible person. We will ascertain the specific reasons for the customer complaint and the specific responsible person for the complaint. Our company will proactively contact the customer within 3 working days after determining the actual situation and propose a specific solution to the complaint.

1. Timely provide the buyer with all technical materials and drawings as stipulated in the contract. We are obligated to invite the buyer to participate in our company's technical design review when necessary.

2. Provide technical services on-site at the time requested by the buyer, guiding the buyer to install, test, and conduct trial production according to our company's technical materials and drawings.

3. For supporting equipment related to the contract equipment selected by the buyer, our company will provide technical conditions and materials that meet the equipment interface requirements.

4. Strictly implement the minutes of meetings or agreements signed by both parties regarding relevant issues.

5. Our unit guarantees that the goods supplied are brand new, unused, of new models, produced with first-class craftsmanship, and fully comply with the quality, specifications, and performance requirements stipulated in the contract. Our unit guarantees that the goods supplied will have satisfactory performance during their service life under correct installation, normal use, and maintenance conditions. The warranty period for the equipment is 12 months from the date both parties sign the final acceptance certificate. If the equipment fails and stops operating during the warranty period, the warranty period will be automatically extended.

6. Organize business training sessions for the buyer regarding equipment installation, debugging, use, and maintenance, with training costs included in the technical service fee.

7. Our company's dedicated service personnel are always ready to help the buyer solve problems. Our company will send personnel to the site for free repairs or replacement of defective goods or parts within 48 hours of receiving the buyer's fault notification, ensuring that if the user is not satisfied with the quality, the service will not stop.
