Hunan Chenzhou Guiyang county system rural household photovoltaic demonstration project
Hengkai shares set up Guiyang Hengkai Jinfu New Energy Co., Ltd. in Guiyang County to develop, invest, operate and maintain rural household photovoltaic rural revitalization power stations and village-level photovoltaic rural revitalization power stations by leasing residents' roofs and renting village collective unused land. The funds required for the project are funded by Hengkai without the contribution of farmers, village committees and the government. The investment enterprises set up rural revitalization photovoltaic power station project companies locally, and the tax revenue is retained locally, as an investment and operation company of photovoltaic power stations such as rural household photovoltaic rural revitalization, the project company is responsible for communicating with the people about roof occupation and distributing annual income to farmers. The power station is invested, constructed and maintained by Hengkai.
