Detailed introduction

1.1 Product Introduction

MFC922 series intelligent low-voltage motor protector is an intelligent protector developed by our company for the faults of low-voltage motors in various applications. It is an intelligent motor protector with extremely high cost performance, stability and reliability according to IEC international standards, integrating relay protection, measurement, control and communication. It can cooperate with various sensors for protection and judgment, and truly realize the functions of intelligent detection, control and protection.

The protector is used to operate contactors in AC motor control circuits with AC 50Hz and rated insulation voltage up to 660V-rated current up to 800A. It is used to protect the motor from breaking circuit breakers in case of overheating, overload, locked-rotor, unbalanced phase loss, grounding or leakage, undervoltage, overvoltage and other faults.

The protector is based on microprocessor and fieldbus technology and adopts modular design. The product is small in size, compact in structure and easy to install. It can be directly installed in the MCC cabinet of low-voltage power distribution terminal and various drawer cabinets above 1/4 modulus. Compared with the traditional motor protection control scheme, the reliability and comprehensive cost performance are greatly improved. It can be widely used in power plants, steel, petrochemical, cement, gas and paper industries to provide safe, reliable and efficient control and protection for motors.
