Air compressor centralized control monitoring system includes intelligent control system and computer network control management software.
The communication between industrial computer and PLC, PLC as the lower computer, industrial computer as the upper computer, through the network on-line monitoring the operation of the air compressor, check the pressure, temperature, running time, motor voltage, motor current, output power and other real-time data, record and store historical data, provide data query and print function.
When the field equipment has action or failure, a prompt message can be popped up and recorded and stored; if the remote control allows, the personnel on duty can also remotely control the air compressor.
