On the afternoon of June 10, 2025, Lieutenant General Wu Bingcheng, Deputy Director-General of the General Department of Immigration at the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia and head of the Administration for Foreign Investors, along with his delegation, visited Hengkai Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hengkai Electric) for an inspection and guidance tour. This visit aimed to deepen cooperation and exchanges between Cambodian and Chinese enterprises, explore potential collaboration opportunities in fields such as electrical energy, and highlighted Hengkai Electric’s overseas subsidiary in Cambodia—Hengkai Electric Cambodia Co., Ltd.—as a key topic of discussion between the two sides. Also in attendance were Chen Lijun, advisor to the Changde City Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations, former chairperson, second-level inspector, and advisor to the Hunan General Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia; and Fan Liaoliang, deputy head of the United Front Work Department of the Changsha County Committee and chairperson of the County Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations.

At the symposium, Li Guiping, Chairman of Hengkai Electric, warmly welcomed Lieutenant General Wu Bingcheng’s visit and provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s development journey, core business areas, market presence, and future strategic plans. In particular, he highlighted that since its establishment, Hengkai Electric Cambodia Co., Ltd. has actively integrated itself into the Cambodian local market. Leveraging the technological and product strengths of its parent company, the subsidiary has already made a significant impact in Cambodia’s power infrastructure construction projects, providing reliable electrical equipment and solutions for grid upgrades and renovations in multiple Cambodian cities.
