On the afternoon of June 10, 2025, Lieutenant General Wu Bingcheng, Deputy Director-General of the General Department of Immigration at the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia and head of the Administration for Foreign Investors, along with his delegation, visited Hengkai Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hengkai Electric) for an inspection and guidance tour.
