　　The Hunan Docking ASEAN Economic and Trade Cooperation Symposium was held in Nanning, Guangxi on November 26. Vice Governor He Baoxiang attended the meeting and made an important speech.

As a member of ASEAN, Li Guiping, chairman of Hengkai Electric, was invited to attend the symposium on behalf of the Hunan General Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia. As the executive vice president of the Hunan General Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, Li Guiping made a report on the situation of the chamber of commerce and enterprises to the vice governor and the leaders of the Provincial Department of Commerce.
