Entrusted by Wu Guanghua, president of the General Chamber of Commerce, Li Guiping, chairman of Hengkai Electric Co., Ltd., as the executive vice president of the Chamber of Commerce, led Gao Decai, director of the office of the Chamber of Commerce, Yang Nanke, secretary general of the Chamber of Commerce, and Li Peiming, executive president of the Federation of overseas Chinese in Cambodia.
